Mike came up with a great solution to a tough problem that involved replacing some cracked old iron piping in a tight spot, and it was all done at a very fair price. On top of that, Mike has to be about the nicest guy on the planet and was a pleasure to have in our house. If there was a 10 star rating, I'd give it to Mike and the rest of the crew at Aggie Plumbing. Alas, 5 stars will have to do.

Mike was a friendly experienced pro. He explained what needed to be done and what it cost. Had everything in his truck so the outside spigot was replaced in an hour. Showed us the old parts replaced and made an unsettling broken spigot into a positive repair experience. I would recommend Aggie and Mike to everyone.

Our gas water heater stopped heating, so I tried the first thing one would look at with a gas unit - the pilot light. I wasn't able to get it lit, and the LED status light on the water heater was totally unresponsive. I figured it was shot, so I called Aggie and luckily got a same day appointment. Dave and Chris were dispatched to our house to check things out, and while I'm embarrassed to say that the pilot light being out was actually the only issue (I wasn't going about the reignition properly), they quickly assessed and relit it for us. Tech Jason installed a new kitchen faucet for us. He is competent, professional and personable. He also found the source of a leaky bathroom sink and replaced a gasket seal at no charge. The ladies in the office, Katy and Melissa are friendly, efficient and are great at follow up communications. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Aggie Plumbing. I had initially called another plumbing service in Fort Collins and switched to Aggie after the experience with them. Aggie's plumber Mike arrived and after telling him what the other plumber had found and thought, Mike informed me reasons why he didn't agree with the initial plumber. He then told me what he thought on the situation and how he would like to approach it. Mike's educated guess turned out to be correct, he found the leak quickly, fixed it and cleaned up well afterwards. Will call Aggie again if I needed any plumbing work in the future.

I've had nothing but fantastic experiences with Aggie Plumbing. They are always able to get out to us very quickly and provide excellent service that is much more affordable than others in town. For example, I recently had a hot water heater replaced and they quoted me less than half of what others quoted. The prices have never been more than the quote either. Their plumbers are always timely, friendly, and professional. They are the only plumbing service I use now.
