My neighbour recommended Butler Plumbing. It was important for me to support a local business and they were prompt, courteous and worked with my guests and neighbour to install 2 new toilet suites in my absence. I am yet to see the finished product as i am overseas, but was assured it a good result. A special shout out the Lauren in the office who friendly, efficient and a good communicator when i rang several times.
My only comment was the cost which seemed high, but thats Australia for you...

Just a wonderful bunch of people. They fixed the hot water system for me when I was absolutely desperate and had no hot water for my young family. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

Would highly recommend. This business is lovely to deal with. The guys took the time to ask & listen to my understanding of what the issue was and then provide a professional assessment. I was given options for the amount of work to be competed that day, then for any additional work that might be required moving forward. And the guys cleaned up everything - it was a messy job!

Can't thank BP enough to have fixed our stormwater pipe at a very elevated tricky angle, which required involvement of a massive EWP delivered to a narrowed laneway in the CBD. Scott and Cory were professional and knowledgeable enough to remove and install new down pipes for our apartment building.
They have also fixed our roof leak which was very complicated. We had countless plumbers attended but none had convinced us until BP came in 2 visits and fixed them without ripping everything off.
We highly recommend their service.
