I'd use these guys again just because they are such cracking good blokes, but on top of that they are absolute QUALITY. Ben did an amazing job, and then due to an error made by another trade company Nick came the following day to do necessary re-work. He even helped me lift a washer and dryer as a little side favour. I noticed they want to make sure every last detail is done and in the right position. Well played lads

Pinnacle plumbing have done quite a bit of work for me over the last couple of years - most recently was an emergency leaking pipe. Nick and his guys are very professional, respond to calls promptly and turn up when they promise. Their standard of work and knowledge and ability to work very well as a team is a credit to Nick. Would certainly recommend them.

Trying to find a gas plumber to be able to carry out the works on a gas fireplace, I was wanting to do became very hard, lots of phone calls but no one really went out of their way to point me in the right direction. Anyway, I stumble across Pinnacle plumbing in Abbotsford and thought they are closed by I will give it one more shot and if not then I will give up looking. I rang them up and spoke to a lovely lady who listen to what I was wanting and said to send some photos to her and will check with the plumber. not long after she rang me back and said that they can do so and we booked in a time

Nick and the boys were fantastic to deal with. They were very responsive, kept communication channels open and transparent, advising us of constantly of the issues we had with our collapsed boundary trap and terracotta drains, plus and the associated work required to fix the problems.
They were great to deal with, worked very well under some tough conditions and completed the works in good time. Highly recommended.
