EXCEPTIONAL ! I booked this on FRIDAY and the following TUESDAY my 15KW solar system was installed!! Fantastic service, exceptional value for money and professional installation. Look nowhere else. Trent, the company manager, provided seamless start to finish, expert advise. Quotes provided upfront and every detail provided. The quoted price was exactly what we paid. Overall our experience was positive. The system was installed ahead of the projected time and works ok. The one concern is that during the installation I asked that the panels be wired as 2 x sets of 5 panels in parallel. This didn’t happen and the entire 10 panels have been wired in series. The consequence of this is that despite the panels getting early sunlight, due to the heightened conductivity of the panels in winter the system shuts down until the panels warm up a bit and we have less productive time with them. Have yet to see an electricity bill but am expecting they will significantly

Ken the salesman explained everything about the system quite well including follow up questions and contacted us regularly until we gave them the go ahead. The installation was very quick and professionally done. It would have been nice to have been informed that the installation would be carried out by an independent contractor and not by Nationwide personnel. The system seems to be working OK but there has not been any follow up by Nationwide to ensure that the system is operating to specification. Generally happy to recommend them.

Over-promised and under-delivered. I needed a replacement for my failed inverter and Nationwide was one of the few companies that were willing to do it without insisting on a complete new system. After some high pressure sales talk I was sent a spec sheet of the suggested inverter that I noticed was just a stock standard response and not the right one for my system. (I have Electrical Engineering qualifications). I was promised a very short installation timeline and a free rooftop array inspection. The service delivery person told me that I was promised "an unrealistic" timeline so I had to wait

The solar panels installed by nationwide solar are excellent. I have a 11.5 kw system, 40 panels, 2 hybrid inverters and 1 LG chem battery. I no longer need to pay ANY electricity bills. In fact I am in credit by around $1000.00! I make around $250.00 a month on top of no bills. How good is THAT!? The installation was a little problematic, as there were a few communication problems as to the positioning of a few panels, but all is good. I now have a quality app which tells me where the power is going which is good to know. I highly recommend the expertise of this company and the very good communications
