The team at Casualife Furniture have supplied furniture and (glorious) wallcoverings to many of my varied projects for well over a decade. The professionalism, support, product range and service have never let us down. Often time, the team go above and beyond to help things come together. As an Interior Designer I know first hand they have a solid reputation in the design community together with a product base that is well crafted and the team will always offer helpful insight and expertise in the process.

I bought my outdoor furniture almost 7 years ago from Casualife and to this day it still looks new (note we have a covered Alfresco dining area so it’s not subject to weather, and I do look after it and clean it regularly). Casualife is not the cheapest place but if you’re after quality that lasts you will not regret your decision. I know some people have commented on their customer experience but mine has been very good, no complaints there!

As a designer, I have seen a lot of furniture over the years and this place is one of my favourites. Casual Life have an extensive range of high quality outdoor furniture that you will not find elsewhere. With a large range of fabrics and options available, I am able to coordinate umbrellas and furniture to suit my clients' needs. Thank you Marilla for taking the time to see each request through to ensure that the installation is done well to meet the brief - my thanks particularly for kindly storing things for me during COVID. You have gone above and beyond and my clients were grateful.

I am an interior designer who has been SEVERLY RIPPED OFF by this company. It was demanded that we pay in full prior to dispatch of goods. Only to establish that the goods were NEVER ordered. We have been waiting over 12 months for a VCAT hearing only to find out that the owner deregistered the company one day before the due hearing date.
My only recommendation for this company is to STAY AWAY!
There should be a ZERO star option.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - I wish I had read the previous review - she was absolutely spot on. I was made to give this company a deposit over 12 months ago so that I could have my product for Christmas. I did not receive the product for Christmas nor do I have the product or my deposit 13 months later. They refuse to give me my deposit back and have told me they don't have the money to pay me.
I had to rate one star so that I could post this review - they are not worth one star. MIrella's blatant disregard for her customers is disgusting.
