Bought a couch from this place and failed within the first 6 months than they said they would repair it and after a few weeks they delivered a complete different couch which was in worst condition that the one we sent back. At that time we asked for our money back which they wouldn’t wouldn’t give back even that your suppose to do- (stated by the Australian gov) instead they replaced it with another one!!
After 6-7 months passed same thing again couch has failed. Contacted them with no success in replacement or money back they just said out of warranty and wouldn't return phone calls or emails

If I could give it a zero star I would.
I have purchased 3 couches from your Nunawading store in VIC.
I had them delivered back in May.
There are several damage marks on the fabric on the couches.
have tried to call the store 10 times after delivery the next day and the line did not work. I have rung the centre management to contact the store and also no response.

As a result of this I had to drive 30 minutes to go to the store to resolve this issue.
There was a girl by the name of Shamra (something along those lines) who was not from the store according to her

Recently visited the Nunawading store and had a great experience dealing with Nav. She was very polite and negotiated a great deal for me on the couch suite I was interested in. Nav made sure all the pieces were in stock and was able to organise delivery for the following week on a day that suited me. Prior to purchase both Nav and Shagun took me over to the display couch and confirmed the configuration and number of pieces I wanted to order. I'm very happy with the quality of the furniture and service I received while browsing through the store.

1 star is too much for them. WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY FURNITURE Don ever buy anything from there as they are selling cheap and faulty product at high price. I bought my bedroom furniture in nov and they send delivery driver to fix it who dont have any knowledge and fix in rush. After that my bed start making noice and its difficult to sleep. I called them many times but they are ignoring my complains as they got their money. Now I am planning to lodge complain in Consumer affairs. Dont ever pay money to them for worst product.

Amazing customer service, quick delivery and great quality for price.
I took the day off work for delivery.
Received a call saying delivery will occur from 2pm-5pm which didnt suit given building manager finishes at 4pm. They rebooked with another courier company and delivered in the morning.
I will definitely shop here for furniture needs as the service is amazing

I bought two bed side table, a dresser with a mirror, king single bed, king single mattress and a kind mattress from this place.
We were very well looked after by Iqbal and we received a very good deal. Delivery was extremely cheap and the boys even assembled the furniture.
I had a 2 seater sofa on order as well which I cancelled two days before delivery and Iqbal was very prompt in arranging refund.
Quality of the product is good as well. Very happy with the purchase.

We purchased some lovely dining chairs from Fairprice furniture Nunawading last week. We received wonderful customer service from the manager Raj. We had been to numerous furniture shops prior to stumbling across this shop. It is not in a great location towards the back of the building and upstairs. But trust me, it is well worth the effort as the furniture is lovely and the prices affordable, we can highly recommend and will return for future purchases.

Got a decent deal at the store and the store manager Iqbal was too good and polite to deal with. We had some issue with the delivered product but he eventually fixed it without incurring any cost but time from our end. 4 star for the delivery issue but apart from that they definitely deserve a 5 star for their customer service. Thank you!
