Bought this on ebay and was shocked at the poor quality. I was aware that the quality wouldn't be the best, but the wood used in the frame had split. Really bad wood work, staples in the wood, bits glued together and one piece even had black marks/stains (according to Dr Google, that's what happens when wood sits out in water too long - I could be wrong though. They looked like mould).
Trying to get a refund but have yet to receive a response.

Cannot believe i can't rate 0 star for this place! was there a few weeks back. Walked in and was interested in an item on the floor, asked the bald asian guy if there is stock. He replied "no stock" and then just turn his back and walked back to his cubicle! unbelievable!

Found the Executive home theater recliner on their website and wanted to try it out. Staff were very helpful and made the purchase and delivery super easy! Delivery was next day! Ebonie and Ash were so helpful and nice. We love our new home theater lounge, the LED lighting on the USB ports and cup holders are so good cos it means we don't need to turn the lights on :) We will be back and recommend My suite home to all my friends and family :)
