Michael and his team were absolutely amazing and took all the stress out of a huge move for us! They did our entire pre-pack and paid special attention to our valuable and fragile pieces. Everything arrived in perfect condition and the move was seamless. The staff were all polite, courteous and had good sense of humour!

By far the most unprofessional moving service I have ever encountered. Four men damaged my rental property(one smelling of alcohol) and as a result I requested the walls be repatched as I was not at fault and the property was brand new. Furnitute Freighters took it upon themselves to try and patch the walls and staircase but it was clear to me that the man was not a painter by trade. With an absolute amateur paint repair done on the property I requested a professional to come in and get the done. It took days to sort the issue and when speaking with Michael he screamed at me over the phone saying

We had several quotes from local removalist companies in the area and decided to use Furniture Freighters. They offered us a competitive quote, turned up on time and worked hard, it was a fair size move. Lenny, Owen and Josh (sorry if I got the names wrong) were great and are a credit to their business. We had no damage, what so ever and I would highly recommend them for your move. If you are in the hills area these guys are great.

I didn't even book with this company, dispite my efforts. I first enquired with them online on a Sunday, by Monday afternoon I had not heard back from them. When I called they said they'd get back to me, but each day I had to call them to chase up what was happening. Thursday came around (4 days after my first enquiry), I called again, they finally booked in for their estimator to come to my home to give us a quote. The estimator came on Friday. I was sent the confusing, expensive quote on Friday at 4:23pm, their office closes at 4:30pm & are closed for the weekend so I had to wait until Monday

From start to finish in our recent move (Nov 19th/20th 2011) Furniture Freighters could not have been more helpful or reassuring about the removals process. Their quote was fair-Juliet was sweet and on the 2 days-at the Sydney end and then at the Melbourne end, the guys could not have been more enthusiastic, friendly and careful. had no breakages or any kind of damage. We even passed our furniture as we drove down to Melbourne and after waving at Brad we commented that he was driving very carefully. All in all a pleasant experience given the stressful nature of a big move like that :)
