The worst do not ever go to these guys they are scammers and will waste your time to get more money. Will not show on time aswell if you book with them they will delay it to go do other jobs, communication is hard aswell since they don’t understand you and cant talk with you the worse experience ever

Had a great experience. The movers were on time and efficient for both packing and moving. All employees were very courteous and professional. The rates were reasonable and they got everything done very quickly without any issues or broken belongings.

They come 3 hours and 15 mins late, unbelievable service/people. They message me they will be late for 1 hour and then later keep saying they were on the way for next 2 hr & 15 mins. Even through, they come more than 3 hours later than the appointment time, there was no proper explanations or apology at all. They said, will give $30 discount for being late (I DON"T CARE $30). So, they finished moving my furniture at 9: 10 pm, it's started raining and all my furnitures and books got wet :(. There are many scratches in my furnitures as well. Thanks guys for the lovely service and quick move, Ray and his guys got here 10mins prior and checked all our furniture to see how the move will take place, very impressed the way all my furniture was able to fit in one truck load.
The guys were very careful and wrapped all my fragile stuff in blankets. The price was very fair,
I read some of the reviews and was reluctant at first but then had no choice as I couldn't find anyone else. To my surprise the guys were very professional and fast, Thanks again and I would highly recommend!

CAUTION. Will not recommend.
Firstly arrives 45 minute late, makes the move reserved parking invalid without any apology.
Then breaks one of the monitors and tries to say “how do we know it’s not broken before the move, or after the move. You should have opened up ALL of your boxes and unwrapped everything before our guys left.” One of the absolutely worst removalists you will ever see if you choose to ignore this review.

Should not even be giving them any stars. One of the worst removalist there is.
Gives one time on the phone and keeps delaying. Then I find them slowly unloading their truck at a neighboring building.
They deliberately take their time and delay to charge extra. A 2 hour job takes them 5.

Definitely won’t recommend. Extremely unprofessional. Refused to start the job citing parking is not sufficient. Agree, this is particularly a problem if you are moving to/from a unit. But as we are trying to arrange more parking they just drove away without even informing and keep rejecting our calls. So take your own risk if you are in a tight time spot for moving.
Another issue is that it is very hard to communicate since they speak very little or no English.

Really don't recommend this romoval company to everyone. The workers for this company are very lazy, they start complain when they first got here, saying this is tiring, I don't want to work. At first my husband was kind and start helping them in removal hoping to be more efficient but ending up they telling my husband " Hey come here do this do that" and when we try to complaint to the company about their workers work. The owner just hang off from my call and said " What you want now? It's all finished" very unrealisable and un trust worthy. Very disappointed.
