Pick up was 4 days late and past our vacate date, drop off was TWO WEEKS late after they tried to deliver someone else’s belongings to us. Items delivered damaged and no response from the company. Huge scratches across furniture and I had to buy new appliances while waiting weeks for them to deliver after they said it would be delivered in 2 days. Will be going to the OFT.

Avoid this company and pay for professionals. Oh how I wish I read earlier reviews! Items collected 2 days late and delivered a month later. Absolutely no communication about delays and they wouldn't tell me the address of the storage facility whre they were holding my belongings when trying to reclaim my items. On the verge of legal action before I finally got my delivery. Terms and conditions not even close. Don't risk it Avoid!

No communication from the get go; no ETA; no updates; no reply to my inquiries.....and NO DELIVERY OF MY ITEMS AT ALL- After several no shows the driver eventually arrived late at night he didn't want to pack and move my items as quoted in our legal and paid contract, so he simply did not do it(all the while I am interstate awaiting the arrival of my delivery, and unaware of anything other than the agreed contract between me and SUPER CHEAP INTERSTATE REMOVALS) .

Have used this company on multiple occasions to move furniture to do repairs on houses and shops. They have been flexible with timelines and worked in with me well. Even with the demands COVID have placed on us all, they have tried their best to keep servicing me to the best of their capacity. I'm sorry to hear all the negative reviews. I relocated in September from VIC to NSW and they were miles more affordable than anywhere else during a difficult time of border closures etc. The two guys who came were very friendly and helpful. They did come pretty damn late but it was absolutely pouring with rain all day so I assume that set them back quite a bit. They also delivered a day late, but didnt break or lose any of my stuff so I'm happy. I figure that if you're paying less, you've got to be reasonably flexible and lower your expectations. They transported my stuff from A to B without breaking

If I could put less stars I would have. Massively over quoted and I'm still waiting for my stuff that was supposed to be here on the 20th but has now been put off twice once because they say their truck broke a diff.. which is a lie. And then they said they had to wait for covid results. And then to top off they say now they are coming 3 hours late so my sister has to sit there till God knows what time for them to load all our stuff. The worst moving company in the history of moving companies NEVER USE SUPERCHEAP INTERSTATE REMOVALS I urge you.

We initially had our car and furniture booked with them. We needed to add a few more items on the furniture truck they quoted us another 1K. After reading the reviews and how terrible they were we went elsewhere and it was 2K less. Our car was still booked with them as they were going to take all of our deposit if we cancelled it. You call and Jay will not know what's going on because they are a THIRD PARTY and book your car through someone else. And make money off it. My car was meant to arrive on the 4/12 then

ITS A SCAM!!! They confirmed the day before our pick up that they would be on time. An hour before they were supposed to get there they said they couldn’t cross the QLD/NSW border. My husband had to delay the start of his new job so they could get there the next day. Next morning get a message saying the truck is broken down and they won’t be able to deliver in the morning like planned (apparently they say this happens a lot to them). Asked for compensation for the stuff around and they refused cause nothing was damanged. Just the worst service someone needs when moving interstate with all
