Our trucks carry Full Transit Insurance of up to $100,000. This covers you in case of extreme situations that may occur whilst in transport, such as collision, fire, explosions, etc. When it comes to handeling insurance, by law we can not sell you a policy or include it in your removal cost unless there is a licenced insurance broker in the office.
Please state any known difficulties that my be relevant to your move situation (Eg: any know access issues). All amounts we quote you, or charge you, are GST exclusive unless otherwise stated. 10% GST will be added to the cost of all removal costs, packaging materials and surcharges. Direct Credit can be made only, for fixed quotes and has to be cleared by the day before the move.

One Star is being generous! I have used Morgan Removals for well over 10 years and have always dealt with the owner Paul, who is amazing. However please note that Paul no longer runs the company - it has changed hands and the quality of service is horrible.
I moved recently from a 2 bedroom apartment and was charged more than double my quote.… Three guys on the job and 6 hours later, worst move ever. They were so slow, moving one small item at a time and often just standing outside the truck doing nothing. At one stage the owner stopped for a cigarette and then proceeded to drop it right

I used Morgans three times....the first two times they were brilliant... fast, friendly, professional, efficient and did I mention FAST.... the third time was a nightmare... the two guys were slow, one doing all the work and the other one mainly standing there either giving instruction, observing, complaining how much stuff we have or attempting to… engage me in conversation... It took them twice as long to move the same amount of things as the previous two moves and cost me double as much which was $200 above the quote!! Once the move was over we noticed that a few wooden furniture items
