Jason is unreliable and untrustworthy. We arranged our removal date four weeks in advance. On the late afternoon the day before our removal, with all boxes packed and ready to go, Jason advised a conflict of interest and could not move us on the day. He moved us three days later. We arranged with him to store our car whilst we travelled offshore.… At his request we paid in advance for four months storage. One month into the time he advised that “due to Covid hardship he would not normally do this” but demanded a further two months payment in advance. We declined to renegotiate

Unfortunately, there is nothing for quality below poor-Fair for this company.
Jason was a honest bloke, but stuffed around my mother in law (In her 60's) on her moving day, cancelling due to not having a his assistant in hospital.
I feel bad because the assistant did go into hospital, but what sort of company doesn't have backup removalist to assist.
We had to end up paying someone else and was charged extra due this situation.
He didn't have the decency to have the deposit when He "kindly" arrived at 6am to tell us that his helper was in hospital overnight and could do it another day, which
