Have used Vic Palmer Removalist before and because of our past experience we did again. They are respectful with your possessions and very careful. Never had any breakages the removalists Brent and Anton were excellent. They relocated our furniture into our new residence where we requested nothing was to much to ask of them. Kevin oversaw the move and even helped load potted plants on to his Ute when the truck was full. The office lady was so helpful and kept in touch up until our move. Would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting professional removalist. What is normally a stressful exhausting

Recently had the pleasure of having Vic Palmer move us. The receptionist who organised our booking over the phone was a pleasure to deal with .The removalists were polite ,clean and efficent .Even Kevin who came to oversee the job was great to deal with and didn't mind doing a few extras when asked

When moving from Reedy Creek it poured rain but they got it done and kept everything dry, great guys & they were so busy Vic Palmer was there to load the second container. But when it was time to move the containers the business had been sold, so apparently I was rude but they told me to get our furniture out or they would sell it (their words) so now under new ownership it is not the same business. I don’t recommend them now.

Make sure you get a clear quote from depot to depot. This job cost more than $200 more than the quote as the 1.5 hours to and from the depot was not explained to me when I booked. When I questioned it on the phone when they were charging me the final price, the guy in the office said, “if you wanted to know about the cost from the depot, you should have asked”. Very rude. The removalist guys were really good, this is no reflection on them.

24 moves later...and finally found a mover that we wish we had known about before!
Started off with fantastic pre-sale service - Andrew actually came out to see what we had to move as we knew we needed a BIG truck and were tired of arguing with other movers who insisted we did not! And that had cost us dearly previously.
He assessed our requirements and was spot on. He suggested 3 men and again - he was dead right. We had a perfect move, just under the estimated time even though the move was a reasonable distance.
And the guys: David, Brent and Nigel: they were the most punctual, hard-working

I wish to thank you and the two men (David and Brett if think) you sent to help us move on the 12th August in Canungra. My husband and I were extremely happy with the service David and Brett gave us. Nothing was a problem for them and they were courteous and happy doing their job. We have nothing but praise for their work ethics. They are certainly a good advertisement for your company.
