We are dedicated to providing a simple and stress-free move for our customers. As a business, we have more than ten years of experience within the removals industry. In fact, at this point we're pretty sure we would be world champions at Tetris! With any company, it can feel good to know about the people behind it before you make a decision to trust them with your items.
Each additional man from $55/hr. Please inform us of any unusual heavy items including: Pianos, Pool Tables, Outdoor Spas, 6ft+ fish tanks, heavy safes, statues over 100 kg - these items will incur a one off charge of $150+. All removals have a minimum of 2hrs round trip. Removals charged from our depot back to depot.
Moving your business can be an exciting time, especially if business is picking up and you're relocating to a bigger office or a busier area where more customers are likely to walk through your doors. But it can be a headache too, especially when you need to transport everything from furniture to technology to documents across town.
We can supply boxes & packing materials for all your moving needs including boxes, portarobes, tape, wrapping paper, bubble wrap, plasma TV boxes, plastic lounge covers, arm chair covers, mattress covers, dining chair covers and much more! When moving, it can sometimes be tricky to work out just how many boxes you will need.
Storing your furniture is made easier because we have our own secure storage containers located at our depot in Helensvale. We can now load your furniture into one of our large reliable trucks and un-load into one of our containers at our depot. When you're ready to move into your new home, we will re-load into the truck and deliver it to your new home.

Apollo & Rob did a great job with my recent move using a truck and helper ute. It was challenging in some ways as I was moving out of an apartment block with no lifts, on a busy road, in the rain. Despite the circumstances, they were good-natured and efficient, and were also most helpful with a tricky bed disassemble and reassemble.

We booked in movers from “smooth move removals” to come to our place from anywhere between 11-1400.
We had told them in advance that there is a walk way to the property as it is an apartment complex and 3 flights of stairs.
They rocked up at 1330. My husband went to greet them and walked them down to the unit. During the 800m walk way to the front door both the workers complained and winged the whole time. They climbed the stairs arrived at the unit and had a look at the furniture they had to move. They then told us that they would go get there equipment and begin.

This is the 2nd time I have used A Smooth Move Removals and they were amazing. From when they first arrived, Tony, Apollo, Rob & Fab where fantastic. They were extremely friendly and professional and moved our furniture with great care. They also helped me with the last bits and pieces of the packing process which was so helpful. I felt I had to share our fantastic experience with A Smooth Move - We had the team of John & Sam and they were absolutely amazing. Quick, efficient and so friendly but also so careful. This is our 6th move in the last 10 years and it was the best experience we had. Furniture and fragile electrical equipment and appliances arrived intact and the walls remained scratch free. I didn't get a chance to take photos as we were having monsoonal downpours ... it was amazing how well the team managed that too. Also one thing that struck me as remarkable was how careful the team was manoeuvring around the

Rob and Fab we’re fantastic. They were prompt, quick and easy to work with. No fuss and very good attitude. I have moved many times and these are the easiest guys I have ever had to deal with on a move. They made it easy for us and I am very grateful. We used A Smooth Move to move our 4 Bedroom 4 car Garage to a 8 Story Unit at Paradise Point they arrived on time a were very professional. No Breakages or scratches even though they had to unload onto the Ute to access the lift to the Unit via the underground carpark. When the time came to move our Factory we used A Smooth Move & once again no problem.
My Son has also used them when he purchased a House & my Daughter has used them twice to move house. Once again no problems. Can't recommend them highly enough.
