We used 'Runaway Bay Removals' to go from a Southport storage facility to Upper Coomera. The two guys Jesse & Bailey were fantastic, very enthusiastic and energetic, got the job done and were pleasant to chat with. Having our boxes labelled helped a lot. Highly recommend!!!

The worst removal experience we have ever had in many moves. The crew were rude and non responsive and did not care about our furniture. As soon as they arrived they all stood around having a smoke break. They took multiple smoke breaks which I was paying for in my $261 per hour. One of the workers asked me for a drink of water when packing the house. As all my property was packed I apologised that I had no glass but gave him one of my water bottles which he used. This bottle (along with others from the crew) were left on the ground at our outgoing house that we had to put in the bin. When we arrived

2 young, fit, energetic, friendly, professional, accommodating, polite, caring & careful gentleman who were as upbeat, positive & motivated at the very end of the 8 hr move as they were when they first arrived. We were very impressed with these young men & the move, it's refreshing to see people of this generation with such admirable work ethic. Well done Runaway Bay movers, you've certainly done well to employ 2 such valuable assets to your company, I hope you take good care of them!

Is a pity that unfortunately we have to rely in social media or google reviews to point out issues that affect our lives and distract our normal routine, especially when you pay top dollars for a service that and up in disappointment and broken heart.
Here are the facts: We hired a moving company called RUNAWAY BAY REMOVAKLS to relocate our stuff from one suburb to another here on the Gold Coast. Not a long distance I would say approximately 10 km far
Is relevant to mention that my wife and I have developed good skills in packing and wrapping boxes as we learned it when we shipped everything

We engaged the services of Runaway Bay Removals, Jesse was so helpful in discussing our options over the phone, their reviews looked good and the rates were reasonable. We used a three man team and from start to finish and they were fabulous. The job, a 4 bed house move with stairs at both ends of the shift, was the most professional and efficient service. Nothing was broken, chipped or marked and the quoted time to complete was exact!
