More like unreliable, Peter was extremely rude and wouldn’t compromise on a reasonable time with me and basically told me that it’s 7 am or nothing.
I have 3 children and that go to school. I wanted to be present while my stuff was being moved and he wouldn’t let me speak. He over talked me and yelled at me when all I wanted was for him to come at a reasonable time and when I had actually gotten the keys to my new house to make it a smooth process.
Peter needs a lot more work on his customer services skills before he should be allowed to deal with customers. What a horrible experience.

We were so happy with the efficiency and professionalism of Reliable Moves. We were given an all inclusive quote and there were no hidden costs. The company provided three removalists and a large truck and had the job done very efficiently, with great care taken with the furniture. Also very good to deal with on the phone.

I have used this company several times and have never had an issue. They were reliable, prompt and highly respectful. Moved my furniture from one house to the other within 3 hours. Furniture was well protected, nothing missing, nothing broken... Maybe not the cheapest, but you pay peanuts you get monkeys... I was given a fixed quote for the items I advised needed moving, and that was the price I paid on the day. I would highly recommend Pete and his boys, and will certainly use them again...

Whilst the Melissa and Peter were helpful, and the movers prompt. We were disappointed that the quote which included wrapping and pre packing was not completed. Additional costs were incurred for packing materials, despite the quote being given in person and following inspection. Further the volume was incorrect by a substantial amiunt which led to significant additional haulage costs. Items including paintings were damaged.

The team at Reliable Moves were recommended to me by my storage facility. I have to say they were a pleasure to deal with and accommodated me with a reasonably short amount of notice. I was told the removalists would be there at 7am to start, they were there at 6:55am ready to work. Brad and the team kept me updated every step of the way and followed my instructions to the letter. With two trucks and four staff allocated to the move, it was completed in 3 hours total! The charge was very reasonable as well considering the time to complete the move.

Thank you Melissa for coming to my rescue so quickly and professionly when the company I booked with didn't turn up! Within half an hour you were at my house, gave me a quote and promised me a truck and three men for the following morning....the boys turned up, on time, with friendly dispositions and got straight to work. They were professional, polite and got my belongings from A to B safely, efficiently and I cannot thank you guys enough!!!
