Great service and communication, excellent equality security screen door installed and deadlocks installed on existing doors. Covid safe practices (mask and distancing) and aware of the latest rules. We had Ben from Britlock come to look at our job that was a bit tricky....installing original backsets into two new French doors. The original backsets were now too large for the wood surround. As we wanted to use our original handles (as they match the rest of the house), Ben said he would go and see what he could source, but wasn't too hopeful. We were very impressed by his can do attitude, and thinking up other solutions to fix the problem if he couldn't find smaller backsets. However, we were thrilled that he was able to source smaller backsets.

Ben and Joe did an amazing job installing 40 drawer/cupboard handles all over the house. Nothing was too tricky and they were great problem solvers. They also installed new door handles, privacy nibs and deadlocks as well as reprogramming a key pad. They were great with clearing up the woodshavings too. I'd highly recommended them.
