I'm sure they are all very nice people who work at Buffalo Locksmiths, but I came away $165 down because of a mistake they made.
I asked them to cut and program a replacement car key that I provided. The guy did say that my blank key was slightly different to my original and that he wasn't sure that he could program it. I asked him to try.
So he cut the key. Then he advised me that it wasn't responding to programming. Nothing I could do except pay his $40 charge for the cutting.
Then I returned home to see what the internet had to say about programming this particular key. I discovered that

I needed a screen door mechanism on a door I bought and Jacob helped me over 4 visits then I found the one that came with the screen and had to return everything I had bought and not a word of complaint as they refunded 4 separate amounts. I was most impressed but they have been there for quite some years and have a great reputation. They are all good staff and know their business, Best of luck to you boys. regards Mike
