Fantastic workmanship and great communication. Mine wasn't an emergency as the door still worked but lock and handles were on their way out, but they still managed to come round the next morning. They had a quick look at what was needed and gave me a quote (which stayed the same). Due to return the following day to complete the work but due to a delayed delivery it ended up being the next day. Communication about the delay was good and the door is as good as new.
Would definitely use again and will recommend locally to friends and family.

Sliding patio door lock required repair. Latch & Locksmith arrived at the agreed time and following inspection, clearly explained the work required along with a transparent quote. Works were carried out to a high quality in a quick and efficient manner with minimal disruption experienced. Tradesman was friendly and polite giving helpful advice on an additional potential issue. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service! Called and spoke to Phil at 8.30am on a Saturday morning about a key stuck and unable to unlock the door. By 10.00am Ray was here and had changed the whole lock by 10.40am. Couldn't ask for better service. Both Ray and Phil were extremely friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend.

We had a uPVC patio door that was not locking due to the cold weather. Called Latch & Locksmith and they came round 9am (sharp) the next morning. Ray was so friendly, extremely polite and most importantly excellent at his job. In 20 mins the door was working again. He said if there's a problem in the future the work is guaranteed. Can't recommend this company enough. Let's hope you never have to call out a locksmith, but if you do Latch & Locksmith is the one!

Wanted a key lock installed for our garden gate as well as replacing our bathroom door locks. Having used other locksmiths before for other issues, I can honestly say I’ll only be using these guys in the future. Honestly priced, professional, friendly and trustworthy. What more can you ask for?

We were extremely impressed with Latch & Locksmith, they responded by phone faster than anyone else, found out the problem, booked a time with us and were very efficient and polite. All fixed and the bi fold doors have never worked better! They went over and above waiting for me when I was held up and we were very impressed with their professionalism. They were also reasonably priced where some local companies were plucking huge figures from nowhere. Many thanks!

Excellent service, Phil was very friendly and reassuring on the phone and gave the cost upfront when we told him the problem. He arrived very promptly so we were not left locked out for long and then got us in within minutes. Would definitely use again and he was also a very friendly guy. Would highly recommend.
