I would strongly not recommend this business, I found them to be very rude, did not fix the problem and still sent me an invoice for $150! No follow up call, no real solutions to fix the Aircon apart from paying thousands on an Aircon unit that is only a few years old. Had to schedule him twice and my tenants changed their plans and he didn’t even come at all the first time.

We couldn’t be happier with the service and advice from Smart Airconditioning. Maria was extremely helpful in her advice and we purchased the split system through them at a very competitive price and Peter and Peter did a wonderful job installing! Totally recommend their friendly and efficient service. 10/10!!

My ducted Air-Conditioning System failed. I called Peter & he gave me a full report on its condition & a competitive quotation to replace the system, which I accepted. It was a pleasure to have Peter & his apprentice in my home during the installation process. They were always respectful, professional, clean, & kept me fully informed. The quality of the work is of a high standard. It was so nice to find a tradesman with these now rare qualities. If you require air-conditioning work, give Peter a call.

I used Peter from Smart Air Conditioning when my split system packed it in at my holiday rental unit, I had guests arriving and Peter was there with a solution within 1 hour.
His service is great and he explains in easy to understand language what he is carrying out.
I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a repairer of an existing system or a supply and instal of a new system.
