The product was of exceptional value and the service was oustanding.
They actually considered where to put all ducts and outlets and installed them neat and logically. Unlike some I've seen which are just placed "wherever".
Couldn't recommend Cold Front and their installers enough.

Got a fully ducted system and two split systems installed by Cold Front. It was a large job, but they sent enough workers to have it done in one day. Very much appreciated their communication, friendliness and professionalism.
Just as a small example, we had our 3 young children here, and despite there being 7-8 tradies here all day, none of them were walking around using bad language, and it wasn't because we had asked them to! All of the Cold Front workmen who attended to the replacement and install of our new A/C unit were very polite and introduced themselfs to us before they commenced work. They were also very careful not to damage the house walls as they had just been freshly painted. All rubbish and the old unit was removed from site for us ,and area cleaned up .
Thank you to Cold Front for a job well done . Would recommend these people for anyone thinking about a new A/C or replacement

I totally recommend engaging Cold Front for any air-conditioning solutions. My ducted air-conditioning installation was done in a couple of hours, replacing an old split system, and I was particularly impressed with the great team work. Price was really competitive and I'm loving the e-Zone app that allows me to turn off/on my system from anywhere.

Absolutely stellar service. Cold Front gave a very competitive quote for our ducted AC installation. The installation team arrived early and were done in about 3 hours. They were professional, courteous and efficient and were not just there to get the job done and on to the next one, they listened and were receptive to our ideas for the location of the unit, vents etc.

Maybe good at installing or on price as in the other reviews - but when looking for warranty on a Daikin they installed that was rusting after 2 years, told me that it sounds normal. I was then told that they are just the installer and provide no after sale service.
BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANT SERVICE AFTER PAYMENT - AS "THEY ARE ONLY THE INSTALLERS OF DAIKIN" (the words of their phone representative).
