A ducted air conditioning system includes an outdoor compressor unit connected to the indoor unit through insulated refrigerant pipes. A series of ducts run from this central location and into several rooms in the home or building. Cool or hot air is distributed along flexible ductwork to each room through air vents, which are installed discreetly in ceilings, walls or floors.

These guys came around to service our ducted aircon unit which had not been serviced since house was built 5 years earlier. The technician was thorough, tidy and was punctual. We are very pleased with the service and would definately recommend these guys for all your Aircon needs!!

Matt from Coolabah did a fantastic job of completing the thankless task of finding and removing dead rats from our underfloor ducting. We had been living with an awful smell for days and Matt was able to find the source and remove and rejoin and repair the compromised ducting, plus clean and deodorise it. And service our unit to boot. He was efficient, friendly, fast and tenacious in getting it sorted without complaint despite having to get in under low flooring. Highly recommend.

Cool-a-bah team were prompt at replying to my inquiry and turned up on time to organize my quote that was very detailed and thorough. They had my confidence straight away with their professionalism and approach to my limited availability as well. They turned up to install rain hail or shine quite literally as a storm cell hit they patiently waiting in their trucks until it passed and then went to work and cleaned up like they were never there as I had to attend other appointments. The team at Coolabah Cooling Services were great. They got back to me within 24 hours after requesting a quote and had someone there a day later to look at the job. The quoted price seemed pretty fair and once I had accepted the quote the system was fully installed and operating within 1 week. Noah was the installer and he did a great job, everything I specified was done exactly as I asked and his work was spot on. There was no rubbish left on site when I arrived home and the house was clean as though nobody had been there.
