There is "NO Call Out Fee" We have supplied electrical services across the Gold Coast from tweed heads to Southport and beyond. Our electrician license allows us to provide a range of services from home electrical wiring, air-conditioning, solar installation and more. The team is headed by Luke Muir, a friendly efficient electrician.
If you are going away for a period of time it is alright to turn the Air conditioner off at the wall. Before you re use it though make sure you have it turned on, on the wall for at least 12 hours as the compressor needs to warm up. Nearly all modern air conditioners defrost when the outdoor temperature gets below 6 degrees Celsius.

Simon and his off-sider Ben did an amazing job supplying and installing a new Mitsubishi Heavy Industries aircon in our bedroom. We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. Communication was great. Their website has heaps of info that came in handy and the site is full of humour which had me giggling away.
They arrived right on time, and provided advice when they arrived as to where the unit should be placed. Were very courteous and really thoughtful about making as little mess as possible. They did a fantastic, tidy job installing both the inside & outside units. Price was fabulous

Just recently got a new AC installed in one of our bedrooms upstairs. I wasn't there when they did the work, but all I could hear from my wife who was there with them during the installation is that, they did a very good job in installing the unit. They even spent the time to check and run the unit to see if it runs well and smooth. Later, I came back from work and checked and I was impressed with how neat and tidy the installation was on both locations (outdoor and the indoor unit). The room is much cooler now with the new AC installed.

The website is what sold me at first. Funny, no bull, full of very useful information and looks like it was made in the 90 's. Also the price was good. The owner is old school, no bull, which will put some people off, but I like it. His electrician installation team did a great job. My wife said they were super courteous and they even moved my little shed and put it back to install the outdoor unit. Have used AC expert for 2 small jobs so far and will use again. Cheers.

I had the 7kw and the 2.5kw installed on Saturday just gone. Couldn't ask for better service. I was referred to Simon at ACExpert by my neighbour who said the same thing. His system is fantastic. The photos of both our installs are attached. Really professional work in every aspect. The reviews posted here by others really don't seem right.

Simon was out at our house today to install a 7kw air conditioner in our lounge room, and might I say myself and my wife were very impressed.they Arrived on time, the install was to millimetre perfection and on top of that the house was left clean! You wouldn't know they were even there. I Would recommend to anyone who is after a clean and tiny installation for a good price, and believe me I shopped around.

My wife and I recently had two Mitsubishi Heavy Industry air conditioners installed by Simon's crew and they have done a fantastic job. The communication from Simon was prompt and very informative (there's also plenty of excellent information on his website), and they turned up on time and smashed it out in the anticipated time-frame.
