Services
The objective of the Masterplan is to arrange a series of elements in a manner that is functionally appropriate, responds to site conditions, is responsive to future demands, creates delight in the configuration, and knits together a cohesive whole that is greater than simply the sum of its parts. The Masterplan will address built form, open space, landscape character, circulation and access, and will reflect the 'charter.
Tourism must be sustainable, tuned to visitor expectation and be a great fit for the host environment. A resort showcases a fabulous setting and enables guests to leave the real world behind. The challenge is to capture the imagination of the guests while ensuring operational excellence and a sustainable concept.
We have worked on a variety of sports projects, including pools, gyms, courts, ovals, recreational centres, stadium concepts and multi purpose halls for a number of schools. A multi-purpose hall can be used for a range of sports and cultural activities such as sporting events, drama productions, or exam space.
Our design process for residential work ensures that our route to a solution starts with the clients principal needs and motivations. We achieve the outcome through active dialogue and open communication as we evolve through a range of potential solutions to the final realisation of the design.
