Pergola Land began in 1997 when there was an expanding market for structures for outdoor living. Since then, we have designed and constructed thousands of pergolas, patio covers and decks. The team at Pergola Land Sydney are experts is all areas of the outdoor living business. A very handy service we provide is taking care of any council development applications (DA's) for your project. We are also highly experienced in building in bushfire prone areas for which we also provide a range of suitable products.
Our showroom is conveniently located in Thornleigh and has full size displays of our decks, pergolas, screening, handrails and so much more. We are open Monday to Friday, so please drop by to see how we can transform your outdoor living space into a space you'll never want to leave. And If you're worried about bringing the kids along.
Dealing with councils and certifiers can be confusing and complex. We remove that hassle for our customers by handling the whole process in-house. Your time is valuable and we would rather you spend your time doing something you love, rather than dealing with paperwork! We assess your property and proposed works to determine whether your project needs approval.
Australia's climate is generally hot, dry and prone to drought. This means that some parts of our beautiful country are prone to bushfires. If you live in a bushfire prone area, your local council will give your property a Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) rating. This BAL rating will require specific building designs and materials to be used in any new structure that is built.

A late review - Mick , Josh and the team completed our Pergola in time for Xmas 2020.
Mick listened to what we wanted to achieve and provided suggestions for us to consider . Never pushy and always patient !
Josh measured up and kept in touch through the build. ( We had a different company re roofing the house prior to the Pergola and josh worked with them to get the pergola supports installed during the roofing . He also organised the demo of the old structure so roofers could work efficiently )
The team who erected the pergola were great . On time , engaged and clearly had a pride in the standard

We engaged Pergola Land to help us with a very complex project involving a new swimming pool and landscaping. They were responsible for the access decking to the pool, the deck surrounding the pool, the pool fencing and a new pergola.

Pergola Land has just completed three pergolas for us and we are more than pleased with the result. Mick and Dean provided great advice for the optimal design at reasonable cost. Our friendly installers, Mark and his team, did a great job installing the pergolas, were reliable and flexible to last minute changes. They removed and disposed of our existing pergolas with great care and cleaned up the site every day. We are extremely happy with the light panels and now enjoy our deck every day . Thank you!
