Having worked in the construction industry for 40 years, 25 as a Senior Clientside Project Manager, I can say without reservation that SurveyPlus deliver on their promise. I was impressed with the level of service, professionalism and timeliness of the fieldwork and issuing of the final survey report for my project and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other clients.
I’ve read some of the negative reviews and can say that payment up front before a deliverable is issued is not that uncommon in this industry. This has situation come about by some unscrupulous clients not paying

Impressive work, friendly, yet very professional. They had a tough job to do in an area where the information they needed from the street wasn’t available as it should’ve been. They also had some steep hills to climb and they stuck it out and showed me their true character of doing the right thing instead of giving up. They returned on another day to complete the job once they found the info they required. They took every hurdle in their stride and dealt with it appropriately. The detail in their work is 1st class.

SurveyPlus were a pleasure to deal with and made this first step in the overwhelming task of building our house such a breeze. They respond to every email instantly and were out on site completing the field survey just a couple of days after we engaged their services. Our site is not a simple one being heavily vegetated but didn't hear of a single issue from them to carry this out and a week later I have these beautifully drafted plans plus the certificate of title and deposited plan ready to go! Great service. Professional and efficient. Our surveyor arrived on time and was personable and thorough with the work. We requested additional work and he was able & happy to do so, and still finished ahead of schedule.

We engaged SurveyPlus to carry out work on a small but complicated sub-division. Jeremy, Myles and all the SurvePlus team have been great. All work was done as was scheduled and at a very reasonable price. Much advice was received from Jeremy on various matters and all consultants recommended by Jeremy have been great.
