We started our journey with Crystal Pools about 12 months ago. They were very professional in obtaining the approvals from Council. The coordination with the builder was also very impressive to minimise delays. The quality of the work could not have been any better. The technology that controls the pool and spa was also simple and effective.
We are enjoying the pool and spa everyday as we have gas heating and a heat pump which work extremely well. As we put solar panels on the roof the heat pump costs us nothing to run and i would highly recommend installing one with the pool construction.

Another five star review for Crystal Pools. This was our first pool and we had heard mixed reviews from many companies. However a friend used them and was happy so we decided to do the same. So glad we did. From day one they were professional, courteous and patient. I think having the right, experienced Project Manager organising the build of your pool is very important. We engaged Crystal Pools in 2020 to build our inground, concrete pool and spa. We were extremely happy with our Project Manager (Jesse) and all the trades that Crystal placed on our job.
Not the cheapest pool builders but certaily on top of the list as far as quality and job management goes.
We can highly reccommend Crystal Pools and just love the finished product we have.

Recently our pol was finished, in general construct went well, our site supervisor Jess was great, we had a few little concerns with trades (poor interpersonal comms and a bit messy) and any time there was an issue he sorted it out straight away. The office staff were very helpful if we needed help and paperwork always processed quickly. Overall, from start to finish we are very happy with Crystal pools.

We put in a pool with Crystal Pools and couldn't be happier with the process and the outcome. We had Jess Taylor as our supervisor and he was fantastic. Jess made sure we were aware of what was going on at every stage during the build, and ensured we were prepared for all decisions so that the build could proceed without undue delay. Fantastic experience! I researched so many companies to build our pool after so many bad stories i had heard. I am so glad that i chose Crystal pools. We managed to achieve our dream concrete pool for similar amount to a fibreglass one we almost purchased. So happy we contacted Crystal.
