Not professional AT ALL! Called them to get a quote and who ever answered the phone was in the car and couldn't really talk - I could hear the other passengers talking in the back ground. When I asked what date is available they just said middle of next week?? So unprofessional I wouldn't trust this company to get my full bond returned.

Our experience was the same if not very similar to the other 1 stars left for them - ridiculous extra charges far exceeding the quote price. There are plenty of other bond cleaning services that do a better job for less money. Best not to just book this business after receiving a flyer in the mail like we did.

Unbelievable. I have had many bond cleans before & never ever had an experience like this.
We received a flyer in our letter box and decided to book our bond clean.
I arrived to the house at 7am to meet the cleaners after being quoted approximately $550. They spent 45 minutes walking around taking multiple photo, and writing down notes with a pad & pen while I stood and waited to be quoted. Then quoted me $780! For a 3 bedroom apartment with NO carpet cleaning, NO wall cleaning and NO outdoor cleaning.

Worst service ever and terrible false quotes. DO NOT recommend. I have used this service. It was under my partners name below. Look how abusive and defensive Annie is. Who would want any services from a “business woman” like that? Wanting us to pay MORE money for a minimum call out fee for them to fix there dusty footprints that showed once the carpet was dry. This is company is a joke. We had another company clean there mess up for a lot cheaper.

This cleaning business provides you with false quotes, expensive and outrageous hidden extra charges, appalling customer service and refusal to take recognition when they are at fault. My partner and I received a flyer in our mailbox with a price of $289 quoted for a full bond clean from Oh My Cleaning. We thought that was a great price and booked this service through Annie.
The cleaners were on-time on the day of the scheduled clean and proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the 2-bedroom apartment. At the conclusion of the property inspection the 2 cleaners presented me with a quote of $730

Second time using Oh My Cleaning and once again Jimmy made our place look brand new. I have recommended Oh my cleaning to friends in the area. I wish I had read the other reviews below before I booked this company. Don’t bother getting a quote. Regardless of what was quoted, they charged over $200 of “additional” services that, as per the quote, are already including in the general clean. We attended the property during the clean to find the cleaners just sitting around smoking. Gave them a call to adjust the invoice, and they just keep saying we haven’t read the quote properly and that the state property was required more work - although I’m actually a clean freak so it was not even extremely dirty. I used Oh My cleaning for an exit/bond clean in my 1bed 1 bath apartment. I'm not sure the name of the gentleman that did it, however, he was super friendly and accommodating with what i needed done.
I would consider myself a pretty clean person so I was a little apprehensive on the price but I couldn't believe that the apartment looked like a brand new place when it was done. They cleaned areas I didn't even know were dirty until i noticed how clean it was.
They even managed to remove an old piece of gum that had been ground into the fibres of the carpet.
10/10 if you want the BEST service
