Shine bond cleaners were hired on a quote of 580 to bond clean our house with a 5 day guarantee of satisfaction. They showed up and said the price was going to be 90$ more than they quoted and they wouldn’t start unless we paid. I paid them, and later that night I got told their machine broke and I had to go back the next day to let hem back in to… finish the work. They then sent us an email invoice, with the price listed as the original price, not the actual price we paid. The vacate inspection took place 4 days after. It took the real estate another week to send us an email saying

Lucky and his team were the most thorough bond and carpet cleaning we've ever used! They are very cost effective for what they accomplish, our rental was left WAY cleaner than when we moved in! No wonder why they offer the 5 days to come back and fix anything, they don't need to! 😂

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Not only were they the cheapest price in my area but they exceeded my expectations completely. The house was amazing, they made the process easy for me when I had to work and were so incredibly lovely throughout the entire process. Worst service ever, gave a written quote, never asked to come and look at the property. Showed up late on the day, then said he had to do a walk through and the cost was now $150 more. I said you gave a written quote he said no . I said leave and got someone else. Obviously doesn’t understand what a written quote.
