Initially was not happy with the finished product or request for an hours extra payment for a 10 minute job. After a number of phone calls and emails backwards and forwards I received some refund which offset some of the issues. Generally was OK. Would recommend anyone using them to be very clear, in writing, before hand to ensure no issues once the clean has started.

Went with this business cause it was the cheapest quote for our 3 bed/3 bath townhouse and they had a bond back guarantee. They arrived on time which was fantastic but they requested that they work an additional 3 hours to get the place up to scratch. This cost us an additional $150 which we'd be fine with if it meant the clean was sufficient for the agent. However, the clean was not sufficient and they had to come back again. It was awkward cause they said that they stayed a few hours at the return clean but we were at the property next door and they only stayed like an hour.

I used pro bond cleaning for a bond clean from my rental, thinking I was doing the right thing. I also paid extra for my garage and balcony to be included in the clean. They called me up and told me they would need more time then anticipated to clean my rental, which I agreed to as I was happy to pay extra for a good clean. However, it only took them four hours to complete bond cleaning the property, which I was apprehensive about at the time, considering a normal bond clean takes six hours and they required more but only took four hours. Despite a setback on the day of the clean with a scheduling issue, Anna and Renee at PRO Bond Cleaning were very professional and easy to deal with, providing solutions at every turn. The cleaning job itself was great and I'd be happy to use this company again in the future.

Had to have 3 visits. 1 Initial and 2 re-cleans. Still not done properly. Extremely disappointing. Whilst they were prompt at replying and apologetic, 3 visits is laughable considering we sent the exit report, with photos, gave clear instructions of what needed to be fixed over the phone/in person. A lot of detail oriented things not attended to: Power points, light fittings, our laundry was not cleaned, skirting boards and so forth. We would not recommend.
