I engaged simply shutters to install roller blinds to my newly built home in Terrigal, the blinds at first were great but about 6 months down the track they started to fray on the edged and every time they get rolled up and down small pieces of the blind will fall off onto the window sill. I contacted simply shutters and David came out and agreed a number of them would need to be replaced. After this I did not hear from him so I chased him up a month later and he had no idea what I was talking about and said he would look into and get back to me. Now its been about 2 years and still haven’t had
