Premier Shades Awnings & Blinds is a local family business which started on the Central Coast in the early 1990's by Bill & Kerrie Webb, who later retired. The business started on Manns Road, West Gosford, and in 2015 moved to larger premises in Wyoming. Jim and Sharon Tieman have been in business on the Central Coast for over 20 years.

The deciding factors why we chose Premier Shades was that Gary who visited us listened to our requests and answered our questions. He gave us options on our installation such as motor options, concealed electrical wiring to the motors instead of visual GPO''s mounted on the brick columns. We were told we could install the blinds as we felt the need to without any extra cost incurred. The installation team led by Luke were always professional in their workmanship and the electricians were cooperative in providing the electrical

We had shutters installed in our Kitchen and verticals in our dining room. Wish we had done it years ago as they look fantastic. The shutters in our kitchen were in a tricky spot but both Jim and the installer took the time to understand exactly what we were after and they delivered exactly that. Excellent friendly service in office when I inquired about a retractable awning.
The guys who measured and prepared the quote were very helpful, particularly in clearly explaining why what I originally wanted was not feasible. They suggested a number of alternatives and we were able to agree on the best product, color and location and a very acceptable price
The installers were very professional and made a slight adjustment I required
Importantly every promise regarding times were kept and I was kept informed at all times.

We recently had premier shades fit two zip track blinds in our children’s rooms to help keep out the bright light for their sleep.
From the initial measure and quote, check measure, bookings with the customer service staff and finally installation, premier shades were professional, friendly, flexible and very accommodating. I dealt with 6 different staff members, all of whom couldn’t do enough to assist and make the process easy. The final product is fantastic. Could not recommend this local business more.

I have recently had 8 blinds installed. I had really helpful advice about what blinds best suited the windows and rooms. The company was highly efficient re issuing a quote, delivering on time and requesting an installation time that suited me. The blinds are of high quality and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
