The lounge upholstery cleaning had an excellent result but I was less impressed by the rug clean. Some stains could have received a little more attention; it felt a little rushed. Also, punctuality wasn't a strong point, so be flexible with your time frames.

The first time they came their vacuum broke down, so they completed half the job and said they would come back in an hour with a new machine. I waited hours and no one returned. When i called the company they said they would send someone in the next few days, then they called and cancelled that appointment. They scheduled to come over 3 times and cancelled every time constantly making excuses. one time their truck broke down, another time an employee's partner was sick and so he couldn't come in and another day one of their "good" employees couldn't work, . I had my lounge, two rugs and 5 dining chairs cleaned by Chem-Dry. They were comparatively expensive. I feel deceived by the advertising on the Chem-Dry Australian website that suggests that a Chem-Dry clean is perfect for allergy sufferers and those wanting a safer, healthier choice as the main description refers to a product which is not the complete solution used in their default cleaning process.
In fact the Chem-Dry cleaner without asking me added in fragrances and higher level irritants from their other products onto my lounge/rugs in addition to the core cleaning solution “The Natural”
