Reading other reviews, my experience is eerily similar. If I could leave no stars, I would. The only saving grace is that I got a refund as requested. But even then, it doesn’t make up for the nasty experience.
Received text message the day before as promised to connect me with cleaner; confirmed time. Off to a good start.
15 mins before cleaner due, received text from same number who wasn’t cleaner after all that their cleaner was sick, apologies out of their control etc. will find a new one.
Received text from a new number a while later - new cleaner, will arrive by 12:30pm. Original time

Do not EVER use this company. They subcontract to people who subcontract to other people, and all of them waste your time.
On Tuesday December 11th we spoke to them to arrange an end of lease clean to happen on Thursday the 16th. We said "if you can't do Thursday, we will find another company." They said "we can definitely do Thursday and someone will call you at 4:30pm tomorrow to confirm the exact time."
The next day, we do not receive a call. At 6pm we call them and ask what's happening. Once again, they ask if we can do Friday instead and we say no, we cannot - we must have it done Thursday

We were quoted $340 for our two bedroom apartment. On the day they were supposed to come, we were called saying there had been an emergency and they could not attend (they were booked for 10.30am and they called at 11am). They rescheduled for 3 days later. When they arrived 3 days later they called to say it would now be an additional $300 because the house was 'extra dirty'. We lived in a modern apartment, it was an easy clean and there was no way this was factual. We canceled the clean because we could not afford the extra $300. We lost our deposit and got no apology for wasting our time given

I booked this company for an end of lease clean, which when I inspected, found many basic things like cobwebs, dust in corners and a whole Venetian blind missed. The sloppy cleaning job was made worse by BCIC contacting me to ask for an extra $70 because the rangehood and bathroom required more time. The rangehood, however, was not cleaned inside at all. BCIC did re-clean the house, however, refused to refund the extra $70 for a service not performed and took 3 days to send a cleaner for the re-clean. Avoid this company to save money, time and stress.

I booked BCIC several weeks in advance for an end of lease clean, carpet clean and pest control to come to my place yesterday at between 9 and 10am. They didn't show up till 10.30am. Left the keys.. and was told they'd have it done by the end of the day and would leave the keys. I mentioned I'd be back around at about 4pm to pick up a couple of things that were still there.
When I arrived at 4pm, I found the unit fully open. All doors open, all windows open, all lights on. But the cleaner wasn't there. I stayed there for nearly 2 hours and they did not show up at all. Even worse? It looked like

Very disappointing service. I booked a bond clean including carpets for a 4 story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom town house.
When you are paying close to $1000 for this service you expect a decent job.
When we inspected the place after the clean we noticed the oven door was broken and will not close. The door was not broken at commencement of the job.
The clean that was provided was well below the standard required. The floors had debris all over them, the carpets do not look like they have been cleaned at all and I question if the carpet cleaner actually cleaned the carpets.
The window sills were dirty

Bond Cleaning Sydney (BCIC) attended a vacant property on 4 November 2021 for a Bond clean. The total work performed by the cleaners amounted to some vacuuming and wiping down half of the surfaces in the property to a poor standard and rejection by the Managing Agent.
The tiled floors, pantry, oven, showers, bathroom surfaces, multiple kitchen drawers were left dirty and uncleaned and "spot cleaning" of walls was non-existent.
The above resulted in me requesting that BCIC return to re-clean the property which subsequently resulted in no further re-clean occurring which is a direct

I booked an end of lease clean online. The cleaner allocated to the job called me the day before and we agreed to meet at the apartment the following morning. The cleaner did not turn up and I tried contacting them a number of times. I called the office and they said they would try and find a replacement. They gave me the run around as I continually called every 20 minutes to request an update as I was still waiting at the apartment.
I was finally told that they would call me within an hour. I followed up two hours later and was told that they were still trying to find someone. I asked for a refund

For the job ID 31433, I requested a clean for a small 3 bedroom apartment. they didn’t touch the oven or the stove/range hood. All skirtings were dirty as well as windows. Got contacted after my lease was over by them saying they had a cleaner waiting for me to let them in even though I CLEARLY stated when my lease ended and they noted it down along with my real estate agents contact details so they could go through her. The cleaner then told the company they completed the second clean even though the real estate agent, the only one with the keys, never let anyone in. they take on average 3 days
