This was my first time using an end of lease cleaning by Move Out Mates Sydney. Booking was super easy. After the cleaning was over, my apartment looked better than when I first moved in! My experience with Move Out Mates started two weeks ago when I found their contacts while searching for a company for a move out cleaning. The reviews in here weren't very positive but I decided to believe my inner voice and to give them a chance and it was the right thing to do. The process of booking a service was very easy and we arrange it for the 15th of September. The service went smooth, because I had all my stuff move out the day before and all they had to do is to make the rooms sparkling clean. All the important spots in the house were immaculate and I'm delighted with the end result

Two weeks ago I used their services for a small rental apartment in Chippendale. I decided to use a professional end of lease cleaning company because my deposit was very high and I wanted to take all my money back. The two ladies that cleaned my property came on time and followed my cleaning checklist(I downloaded it from the web because I wanted to be sure no spot is missed) without any complaints or whining. The cleaning was done well and we got our bond back in full. However, the organisation and communication left a lot to be desired. We booked our service 10 days in advance for the 19th June. On the 15th, we received a call asking if we would like to change our service to the 17th June. I said no, as this was the day after our removalists were coming and the house may still be partially full of stuff. We were then told that our booking on the 19th was no longer available and that the 17th was our only option. It was too late to cancel by this point. I had already taken a day off work on the 19th

I recently engaged Move Out Mates for an end of lease clean of a 2 bedroom apartment.
Overall I was not happy with the job performed.
I was told on booking that the inside of the fridge would be included in the clean - upon arrival the cleaners said this wasn't included.
The cleaning job overall was poor with the outside of the shower not really cleaned properly, dirt and dust left under furniture, cupboards not wiped down, stove top not cleaned properly.
I requested a re-clean and the office were willing to help out with rescheduling this but the cleaning team that came for the re-clean said

I was renting a 30+ year old 3 bedroom townhouse and stayed in it for 5 and 1/2 years, i thought it was reasonably clean until i moved all the furniture and belongings out (eep!) I had scheduled move out mates the day for a end of lease clean for the day after i left. To their credit they stayed and cleaned the place upside down and inside out until it was exceptional and before they contacted me to give the ok. When i did the final inspection I was seriously surprised and would highly recommend "Paulo" and his colleague.

We hired them for an end of lease clean. I inspected the property afterwards and I could not tell what had been done. We booked carpet cleaning and 2 hours of cleaning a small 2 bed apartment. Very poor standard of cleaning. When I called to resolve the matter my calls were not returned multiple times and we eventually had to clean it ourselves after having spent the money. Infuriating and annoying DO NOT USE ever......Upon viewing the response to my wife in the comments we see that the issues have not been addresses as stated, no attempt to contact us has been made at all.
