Cindy was very polite and easy to deal with. Massive range of tiles on display and at a great price. A good range of vanities and tapware on display also. Cindy put together a great deal for us with a fast turnaround and availability of the items. Happily recommend Grand Bathrooms to anyone looking to D. I. Y. Their bathroom or have the team complete the job for you.

Terry and staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with everything and we certainly were happy! I would put more stars if it was possible, trust me.
We had a positive feel about the place from the word "go".
Our Support Worker was also happy with how they looked after us. We are SO happy especially with shower! And being able to keep our bath!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
We will be back to get toilet & laundry done with them in the near future.

Im posting this on behalf of Janene (shes not on facebook) who just had her bathroom reno'd and she wanted her thoughts known.. these are her words;
I cant speak highly enough of this company. The two young men who did my reno were amazing. They were very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Their work progress ran like clockwork. Each… day I would come home, something more was done. There was no waiting days in between. I came home one day, get this, they were vacuuming (lol) as they went , so there was never any mess.

Terry and his team did an amazing job on our ensuite & bathroom renovations. Everything was done in a professional manner & the advice we received greatly helped with some of our design selections. Cindy in the showroom kept us informed as to when tradesmen were coming & this helped us organise our time better. Their pricing was very competitive and we got good value. We would highly recommend Grand Bathrooms to anyone getting their bathrooms updated.

Terry managed a major renovation of my house in a very limited timeframe. His team and other tradesmen worked like clockwork to our specifications. The reno included bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, floors and involved some layout alterations. The quality of materials and workmanship is very good and the final result is quite pleasing.
Terry’s advise before and during the renovation work was extremely useful.
Terry and his team are exceptionally easy to deal with and they respond quickly to any concerns and changes required. I highly recommend them.

Grand bathrooms did an ensuite main bathroom and a powder room for us. The work was just as we expected. Terry was most helpful with all aspect of the job. Changes were not an issue. i would highly recommend him and his team. Any little issue the guys are straight back to make sure that you are happy. If you contact them they call you back.

Terry, Meagan and their team did a great job on our bathroom renovation. It now has a "wow" factor and is capable of three people using it at the same time. We are very pleased with the result.

Reliable, friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. We are in love with our two new en-suites. Everything ran perfect and all trades were respectful. The jobs done are of high standard and fine details were taken into account. We only wished that we had used them for our main bathroom.
