I could not recommend this company more! Such an easy process, the technician was incredible and the entire process was so simple! The Worst Service.
One Guy came out to do the carpets and he couldn't move my big furniture by himself at all,he didn't even done any carpet vacuallvacuuming.And then they want to charge you for no job done..Be Warned don't make a Booking because if you not happy they will charge you for no work done.

All Carpets returned our rug to us still smelling soiled and still shedding dirt and dust. They did not clean it properly at all and still charged us $120. Not to mention the communication was horrendous. I had to call them 3 separate times to follow up on the rug when their pick up driver said it would be back "Either today or tomorrow". Instead… it was 3 days later and only delivered to us when prompted. When we raised these issues with management we were told this was not grounds for a refund. Absolute worst customer experience. On 2 December 2020 I emailed this company to schedule a time for a sofa clean. They responded they were totally booked out but could schedule me for 22 April 2021! I thought they must be fantastic as they were obviously very busy. I asked which date- told 22 April would be fine and Bret asked me which slot would suit me - 9am, 12 or 3 pm. I… responded ‘9am please’. I put the date in and duly waited. They did not turn up - on ringing I was told they “had put me on the wait list and could not schedule before JULY”. No apology for anything. I admit I lost my temper but
