Stephen was fantastic. He was very professional and obviously takes great pride and care in his work. His quote was reasonable, he delivered exactly as promised and more, and unlike some tradespeople, he cleaned up all of the dust afterwards. If not for Stephen, we probably would have ended up spending a ridiculous amount to replace our lovely wood sliding doors. Now they slide like new at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

Stephen has our 34 year old sliding doors (3) opening and closing so easily that I am in danger of breaking them when I go to use them! So little effort needed now... amazed and grateful. It's like having new doors. Stephen was thorough, knows his sliding doors, communication excellent, arrival time spot on, cleaned up afterwards, had all the tools of the trade needed and he worked non stop. 110% recommend!

Fast, reliable and professional. And more! The minute we called Lock Roll and Tracks (after two attempts of trying to call others with no response), it was third time a charm.
Steve articulately explained what needed to be done and gave us various options which were again discussed upon his visit.
He arrived on time, did the job efficiently with minimal noise, and explained the new “crème de la crème” roller system to us. It worked like magic. After installation, Steve cleaned up everything.

Stephen replaced the rollers and carriages in our 7 year old glass aluminium sliding doors (that get a lot of use) and they now work way better than when the doors were new. They open and close so smoothly and they're very easy to slide. If you want someone who really knows their trade and uses quality components - look no further!

Stephen came to fix our sliding door as it was clunking & top lock wasn't aligning properly. He was very professional & very pleasant & we couldn't be happier with the end result. Door is now smooth to close & lock is now working perfectly. As an added bonus he also free of charge replaced our screen door rollers.
