Just to let you know that our bifold doors are absolutely wonderful! They transform our living area magnificently, and have added value to our house - much more value than the cost of the windows (which were very reasonable)! We're in love with them. We chose Clear Anodised for our finish. Also, they were manufactured and delivered on time.

10 years ago we used Hanlons at Bomaderry and Drummoyne and were very pleased with both the quality of the products and the friendly and professional service we received. Not today. After visiting their Drummoyne showroom, we left shaking our heads in disbelief at the arrogant, gormless and yes, comical behaviour of the two staff. We had a variety of questions we would have liked answers to but gave up after being treated with such disinterest and incompetence.

Con and the team delivered yet again and did not disappoint. We have we used Hanlons over many years and both the quality and service has been superior. This time we opted for commercial grade windows and Con took the time to understand our vision. The end product is amazing and was delivered when they said it would be. We are not surprised by the negative google reviews on Hanlon Windows.
We’ve dealt with a number of different company’s and tradesmen throughout our building adventures and Hanlon are by far the worst we’ve ever experienced when it comes to after sales support. We’ve just completed our fourth house build and the after sales service we received from Hanlon was terrible, leaving us extremely frustrated.
We were particularly unimpressed with the appalling attitude from their sales manager, Tim, when we raised an issue with our door which was discovered upon day one of moving into our new

We built a 3 storey home with floor to ceiling windows and doors. We had ‘walls of glass’. The job was daunting to choose the right windows and doors but the salesman Mr Con Boutsikakis was the ultimate professional. He guided us every step of the way with exceptional advice and patience. With his expertise and guidance we captured the amazing views our home has to offer. Hanlon products are of the highest quality and functionality. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

It has been over 12 months and we are still waiting on window repairs. Sales reps have been over on many occasions to make adjustments/repairs but they cannot get it rights. Currently have 4 sliding windows with rubbers guides that have perished causing the window to jam. The windows are barely 12 months old!!!! We even had one window installed without a sub sill, causing extensive water flow into our brand new kitchen cupboards. Terrible product. I will be taking this further if my problems aren't sorted soon. Windows purchased from Oak Flats show room

Well, well, well. Yes all the reviews you read about these morons are correct. Phoned Nigel after a week to follow up Quote request . Finally got it after two weeks and thought price was acceptable. Sat hours are from 8.30 - 12.30 and arrived there at 12.10 to place a deposit for two cedar windows and found entrance door locked. Walked around to the showroom window and there they were inside looking at me outside gesturing for two minutes to come in so I can place a deposit. I was totally ignored by them all and furiousily angry that this could happen . I drove home in disgust thinking how could

I requested for a quote from this company for the renovations of my property in the northern beaches of Sydney.
After spending 2 long hours with Nick Marotta to go over my floor plans, he advised he will be in touch with a quotation and that was the end of it. He never came back with a quotation and when I called him 5 weeks later, he could not find my file.
A one star rating is too kind for Hanlon.
I eventually signed on a $28k contract with Trend Windows in Chatswood after being taken care of with excellent customer service and advice. My renovations are well underway now and I just took delivery
