This will ensure a more efficient turn around of processing your request as it includes all necessary information to start the process. We may require additional information at a later stage, which we will communicate directly. Most site service bookings and site glazing requests have a 2 to 3 week lead time depending on current work load, if replacement material is required and other factors.
Made to order Aluminium sliding and stacking doors in standard sizes offer a great saving as they are more cost effective to manufacture due to the standard cuts, metal extrusion lengths and minimised wastage of material and labour. We can also offer custom sizes to suit your openings and requirements.

Through our contractor, we had trusted that the appropriate door and window vendor would be selected and it was determined that Gem Windows would be supplying this for our project. While completely understandable that Covid would greatly impact our project, we were patient and waited several months for our doors and window to arrive. When it came time to addressing deficiencies however, I was incredibly disappointed with their quality and level of service. I have had at least 13 emails back and forth with their service team, and while pleasant via email communication, they lack any responsiveness

I was hoping to have a good experience. I am in the process of a total reno and I have a healthy budget for a set of new doors. Upon calling Gem I was transferred to a sales rep who was nothing but short and arrogant with his tone and words. A classic case of a sales guy working the same job for way too long. I turned a blind eye to his poor table side manners and customer service but eventually could not tolerate his unpleasant, slightly degrading tone. I exited that call and explained to him why. I'm bringing my money to another professional, polite, windows & doors company.

I would put a zero if that was an option. I bought a garage door and a patio set from GEM for our Coach House. Paid in full. Two years later work still not completed.
They installed the garage door incorrectly so the Wi-Fi system doesn’t work. It is apparently missing parts to enable this functionality. GEM had no answers and the installer didn’t know how to install the system. This is on top of the first door being ordered the wrong size, forcing us to live with secured plywood on the opening for a year before the replacement door was provided. When the replacement door arrived, it came without

I was in the middle of my home renovation, and the next step was replacing my old windows. I wanted to get fiberglass windows and needed the right company for the job. I got on the phone with Gem Windows. We settled for the wood grain look, and their team came quickly after. The whole job was a bit messy, but they cleaned everything up after finishing the installation. Very happy with the overall experience.

This firm had done significant work at our home, full window replacement, cladding our wood siding with vinyl, and a great custom piece for the solarium we inherited - we were very happy with their work.
Now, we need service to replace a cracked window and several skylight portions where the seals have gone. I have been trying to get this done since the end of last year! I was patient when they could tell be they couldn't get to it for a period but now they won't even return phone calls.

This is the most terrific glass company we know and they did such an amazing job! We ordered glass for windows in our house, paid in full up-front, and were promised 3 weeks delivery time. We ended up waiting for the order for twice as long. After they "arrived", we came by the storage on 5 separate occasions while they were trying to find our missing windows. The windows are still nowhere to be found, so we gave up on these guys and are ordering windows from a different company.

I ordered exterior doors and paid the full amount in advance. The doors arrived two weeks late and with a wrong color grid. I was told that the glass would be replaced but that it was best to go ahead and install the doors as is. I followed the instruction, and almost SIX weeks later, I followed up on my order and was told that the glass was ready, so they were just waiting for delivery. During the following THREE weeks I was on the phone and going to the store, back and forth, trying to get my doors finally delivered. During my last trip to the store, the glass was already sitting in their truck
