Stood me up and full on ghosted me. (Sounds like a bad date haha)
I’ll start off by saying that I have had a really good experience with these cleaners in the past when I needed an end of lease clean. Very affordable and good job.
But recently I needed my carpets cleaned and submitted a form through their website multiple times and heard nothing back. I then called and left messages on WhatsApp and eventually did hear back. We organised and date and they said they’d call the day before to confirm.
But they didn’t.
So on the day we’d arranged for the cleaning I had take the day off and

BEWARE!!! Do not use this company for end of lease cleaning services. The cleaners are rude and refused to begin work until they had been paid in cash. The company promises to return to clean the property if they fail the inspection, however they ignore your calls and refuse to return.
Do not use this company, we had to return and do the clean ourselves it was so poorly done!

Please if you want to avoid headache and a painful experience do not hire this company like I did. They overcharged me, then promised to refund and they never did. Did not complete the job and have been giving me a run around since then. I had to pay another cleaner as property manager recommended. Problem is they accepted the mistake and promised to do the decent thing and refund, then did not do it. I spent a week messaging and calling them and still no solution. Be aware and just avoid the headache

This company is a scam, the cleaners will make you wait for hours, get dropped off by a car in the late afternoon, and once let in a guy named "Mike" will call you to say your property is not up to standard and you need to pay extra. Once you've paid they'll then lightly broom the floor and leave without any notice, refusing to return to re-clean when the real estate agent complains. You'll then be forced to hire a new cleaner and "Mike" will refuse to answer your calls/texts and refuse to provide a refund.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Don't waste your time or your money.
After arriving to my place 4hrs late, the cleaner promised a pristine clean. Not only was i met with an unclean apartment, but I was also greeted by the most unprofessional owner of the "company".
The cleaner spent 5hrs in my apartment, must have gotten tired and left his McDonald's wrapper on the kitchen floor and left. He then proceeded to take my house keys home as he was going to let himself into the apartment the next morning to complete the job. No permission given by me.
