If I could give them zero stars, I would! I've been calling for a week to confirm a time for my carpet cleaning service, desperately required for end of lease before our move to a different state. At 5.45pm the night before they were due, they called to tell me they can't do it anymore. I asked them a week ago if I should book another service as they couldn't confirm a time, and they assured me that was not necessary as they'll get it done on the day. Now it's too late to book another service and the rental property keys are due back. They were unapologetic and offered no reason as to why they

We received excellent service. They did a fantastic cleaning job for our lounge. The cleaner was very friendly and professional. My lounge looks new now, removed the pet urine and smell. I would definitely use the company again. The reason why I am giving only 4 stars is that they made me wait for extra 30 minutes and didn't inform me that they are running late. Otherwise, the service was fantastic.

I had my 3 rooms carpets and 5 seater lounge cleaned by Bluesky last week and I am really happy with the service. They were on time, polite and professional in their work. Would love them to use again in future. Also, they are not expensive and provide very affordable prices.

Cleaners were experienced and did a fairly good job of steam cleaning my carpets. Although, they weren’t able to remove a Coffee stain that I think was stubborn. The pricing was fair. They came a little bit earlier for which I was not ready. Overall service was good but it can be better.

This company failed to meet their booked time and tried to blame the customer for not being home. Arrived at the premises 2 1/2 hours early and was advised no one would be home until the scheduled time. Have been waiting for 4 hours and have received nothing but lies on the phone for their total mismanagement of their time. Yes they are the cheapest available but as the old saying says, you get what you pay for. In this instance, no service but only bad service. Good luck if you chose this company to do anything.

I wish I had have read the reviews before using this service, rooky mistake. My rug still has dirt marks which I know will lift with a good clean. Noticed a dirty spot on my couch and I rubbed it off with my finger, would expect the cleaning equipment to do this, not to mention I was told 3-4 hour dry, 6 hours later and can't sit on my couch. Would not recommend

I’m so disappointed with the carpet clean. I’ve used 2 other companies after parties just to test out which companies I like and they ALWAYS get alcohol stains out of the carpet and then I hire these guys and there is still bright pink and orange stains just from 2 days ago. When questioned one guy was rude and the other was nice but still not happy at all with this service! The clean was super fast and only used a little bit of water where as other companies use buckets and buckets and take over an hour but somehow you did mine in 30 mins. Rush job and will not be returning!

We pretty much wasted our money by getting this place to clean our carpets. Their equipment and chemicals being used don't appear to be strong enough. I realise some stains won't always come out, but in our case about 90% of the marks and stains on our carpet that we wanted removed are still there. If you don't have the equipment to remove at least the majority of stains, then you probably shouldn't be a running a carpet cleaning business.
The guy who came to clean the carpet had no communication skills whatsoever, and looked very lethargic and complacent in the way that he went about the job
