The Marriot Residential Centre landscaping work was carried out in 2012-13 around the East Melbourne Area for Vilawood properties. The Residence Centre is a community hub for The Marriot Water Estate. This internal courtyard was created using large granite rocks, river pebbles, and flowing water, to generate a Japanese feel to the landscaped garden and to compliment the minimalist style of the house.

The Residence Centre is a community hub for The Marriot Water Estate. This particular client was looking for an informal staircase on a steep embankment. The placement of landscape mud-stone rocks as steppers was the perfect product to enhance the natural feel the client was looking for.
