You see, home builders used to outsource critical functions like architecture and interior design. This made little sense to us. So, we decided to move everything in-house.
A Glenvill home is anything but ordinary, and our bespoke process shows precisely why. Beginning with the freedom of the blank page, you'll first work with our design team to discover and define your vision, and then with our veteran construction team to realise it. The entire process from brief to build is managed in-house - so there's no to-ing and fro-ing between contractors.
Collection offers a rare combination: high-quality artistic designed homes that fit both your budget and your timeline. How is this possible? The answer lies in extensive planning - backed by Glenvill's six decades of excellence. Custom made for inner-city living, Collection homes are created to fit into urban blocks without the need for planning and R&Cs.
The Minimalist Abode (AB) is a compact, efficient and carefully scaled residence of over 42 squares. The base plan has four bedrooms, three living spaces and a lower floor study, making it the perfect home for family life. Design options include the choice to add ensuites to all bedrooms, a larger laundry or even a drop zone.

Building with Aplace by Glenvill has been an excellent experience. Having built with other large and also bespoke builders in the past I am pleased to see & say that the quality has greatly exceeded my expectations. The Contract process was simple, streamlined and able to fit in with my busy work schedule. Communications between Kaitlyn and Tammy was great, and always resolved queries with the utmost of ease accommodating these requests during the lockdown/restrictions. After spending two somewhat terrible years living in what I’d call a shack built by glenvil it’s safe to say their quality of home is of the poorest quality. Their insurance must be having a field day due to the amount of leaks the property I’m in has had. Mould build up in the ceilings. Due to poor bathroom waterproofing, poor flashing, bad roof tiling. And the property is barely on its 3rd year. The health and safety risk for such a poorly build house is astounding. And to think glenvil would get onto things ASAP. Their admin, although not to blame is the first a customer speaks with and

Having built with a number of different companies over the years I would rate Glenvill the worst by far. The number of defects found upon completion was far beyond anything we have ever experienced before with any other builder. Also, their aftercare is atrocious. I have been living here for 3 years now and there are still items on the original defect list that haven’t been resolved. Dealing with them has been hugely stressful. Numerous emails I have sent over the years have been ignored. It feels like they ignore you hoping you will give up. Other times they say they will send someone around

Interesting they only respond to positive reviews.If I could give no stars I would. Gave them a fully refundable deposit on a investment property signed subject to finance. I wasn’t able to proceed and I then spent 2 months trying to get my $11000 back and every time I rang, office staff would roll out the same dribble that they don’t know what’s going on and they would have to wait until the Financial officer came into the office ... well apparently he never went to his office for 2 months??...only got my money back when I lodged a complaint with the building authorities... stay away !!
