Fasham’s reputation for creating light-filled spaces attracted us to them but it was the design that won us over.
We had a very specific brief for our house: we needed a place where two generations could live separately but also together. The layout has enabled that and allows all members of the household to have their own privacy, with separate entrances and indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces. Which was exactly what we wanted. Appropriate orientation and thoughtful design results in sunshine lighting up the house at all times of the year.

I approached Fasham to design a home for me which would blend into and respect an environmentally sensitive area. I was rewarded with a light filled home which gives me pleasure every day.
The design and construction process was stress free thanks to the professionalism of the Fasham team who kept me fully informed and engaged at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. The build came in on time and on budget.

My parents built with Fasham. The process was very well managed and the build quality high. We had significant input into the design and we were pleased that they didn't just give us one of their designs and no other choice. We thought that being a 'bespoke' type building company rather one of the 'mass produced' companies that we would pay a premium - but we were pleasantly surprised. We would definitely build with Fasham again where we received personalised service.

We built a house with Fasham on the Mornington Peninsula 5 years ago. From the outset I found Fasham easy to deal with, communication was good and they were responsive to any issues I raised. The build was project managed extremely well which minimized the stress that building a house naturally entails. We were thrilled with the final product, but importantly their after build service has been exemplary. Any defects or problems we have identified have been well managed. I would not hesitate to recommend Fasham.

My Mum had her house built by Fasham. She chose them because of their reputation for high quality builds. After three years of construction and finally moving in we were astounded by the poor workmanship. The windows leak. The tiled floor flexes causing the grout to crack. There are stripped screws and ugly silicon seals. The list goes on and on.
My mum doesn’t want to write a bad review because she still needs them to come back and fix their mistakes. But I’m sick of the stress she has to endure to have her dream home build to the standard that she paid a premium for.

We worked with Fasham to design and build our family home nearly a decade ago now. The design is as fresh today as it was then. The quality of workmanship is standing the test of time. More importantly, the relationship and support from Emma and her team is as terrific today as it was then. From design and quote to walking in the door to occasional, and normal, maintenance items Fasham has listened to us, given excellent advice and always followed through. We were very lucky to have Fasham build our house. We had a fairly clear idea about how we wanted our main living area to work , but other than that we were a bit vague about it all.
Working under some extraordinarily strict parameters from both planning, budget and BAL requirements the results have surpassed even our most lofty hopes.
The design works brilliantly and embraces the panoramic views to the east in such a way that guests do a double take when they walk through the door.
Other than a couple of minor hiccoughs the build process was without incident and any queries or issues we brought

I can't speak more highly of Fasham, their staff and their homes. We've had the absolute privilege of owning one for the last 15 years in Hartley Court Rosanna. Designed by Brian Stacey it perfectly matched the aspect and outlook of our block of land and our living requirements. It was a dream come true for us and on our agenda for many years… before finally being realised. It was a pleasure to live and raise our two children in. Sadly we are selling it in order to make a "vine-change" to our new challenge of a vineyard and winery in North Western Victoria. Very sad at leaving the Fasham

We wanted to explore a rebuild of our house in inner-city Abbotsford. Fasham gave us a detailed briefing about what would be required, and worked on sketches with us to assess the possibilities for our site. Their architect, Bruce, worked with us to understand what our needs were, and helped us work through the things that were a priority and the things that were just 'nice to haves'. The final design was costed, with options, so that we could get a good idea of the money involved. The whole Fasham experience was a pleasure: a relaxed, professional approach, willing to work with our ideas and dreams
