I just got a shower screen and some bathroom mirrors installed with Palmers Glass and I am extremely happy with the finished product. The glass looks lovely, the tradies were great, and the job installation went smoothly. They also adhered to the covid measures which I appreciate. The customer service over the phone was great and very pleasant to deal with. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Hopeless customer service - absolute zero professionalism. You would think a glass company may have a slight idea on how to ship glass without it cracking. Perhaps Palmers missed that crucial process when setting up the business or maybe the bubble wrap is too expensive. Either way the glass we ordered arrived, In approximately 50 more pieces and all of a smaller size. Smashing job Palmer and I am honestly thinking about changing my surname so there will never be any association with these clowns. Sometimes taking responsibility for mistakes is the best way to mending the issue. Not an aggressive

Absolutely terrible service. Put pressure on to arrange a pick up within a couple of hours and provided unpackaged product to the courier driver. This obviously all arrived damaged (chipped and shattered).
Palmers then refused to accept any responsibility for thousands of dollars of glass being damaged in transit. Would never recommend Palmers ever.

Recently reached out to Palmers glass, who quickly got back to me with a quote up a custom mirror job. They came in very well priced compared to other companies, and were easy to deal with from start to finish. The delivery and installation on this project was done quickly, without issue and professionally installed and I would highly reccomend Palmers glass, and definitely we use them again.

Palmers Glass recently installed a semi-frameless shower screen in my 1950's bathroom with an oddly shaped sunken shower recess. The job was completed efficiently for the quoted price and the results are outstanding. I
am very happy with the whole job and can't fault anything Palmers did from beginning to end. Highly recommended.
