Called Excell Glass and talked Neil through a window repair job required for the back-yard/garage door. Within 3 days, the job was completed (during COVID pandemic), without me being at home, and I simply got a call the next day that it was done.

Called Neale at midday for a quote on a broken bathroom window & Chris was on our doorstep within 2 hours. Chris replaced the glass quickly and matched the existing window perfectly. Big shout out to Neale! I enquired with many glass company and Excell Glass was most reasonably priced - cheaper than most by half the price for the same quality.
I dealt with Neale mainly via the phone until I came to pick up my order. Neale was so helpful, kind and had customer service at the top of his agenda.
Even talking to Neale then meeting him on person, I felt like I've known Neale for so long but really it was only twice we spoke on the phone and then once in person.
Would highly recommend Excell Glass to anyone looking for a custom piece of glass. Wish we had found Excell glass when

Professional and accomodating with a very competitive price. We placed our order for a piece of cut to size glass for a replacement window panel, they offered professional opinions in the customer's interest/needs, which they didn't have to, and 2 other glaziers we contacted did not. They offer cut to order for walk-in customers even on a Saturday. Though for toughened glass it has to be a special order with a 4-5working day turn-around. We weren't able to pick up the glass within their business hour but they made a special accomodation by leaving the item in a secure place for us to pick up. Generally

We went to Excell Glass through our plumber's recommendation and we are so glad we've got them to do the job! We've ordered a large bathroom mirror and a walk in shower panel. This is a very old shop with mature guys running it. They have been at this location for 20 years , but they have been in the business since the early 70's.The partners are all qualified tradesmen.There is no glitz about this place and no style. However the guys know their business and the ultimate price reflects this. They are ready to help with any problem and cut that special piece of glass for the coffee table, window, mirror, dining table, feature...whatever. They can do splash backs and shower screens. They are reasonable and they provide very quick service. I have asked for a piece
