I contacted Willoughby Glass to replace my bathroom mirror, as the backing was wearing away.
Willoughby Glass sent a representative to look and help me decide the best option available for my needs. The representative was very helpful and practical with his suggestions.
I was notified of a proposed fitting date, unfortunately Willoughby Glass found a fault with the mirror and notified me to let me know it would be remade. I was very grateful Kirsty contacted me personally and informed me of the issue.
As it was Christmas, and my replacement mirror was not a big issue for me, I suggested they

Absolute circus..... this place told me they could replace curved window glass so I cancelled the place I already booked that couldn't do the job till next year - I emailed and called Willougbhy Glass on several occassions to confirm are you sure you can install curved glass, sent pics of the window clearly showing its curved and was told yes thats no problem. They took the deposit and booked to arrive the following saturday, no one arrived, no phone call - I couldn't get hold of anyone - waited till monday morning and was told they came but couldn't do the job as it's curved glass ?!?!? it has

For both this tranche and an earlier tranche done several years ago we used Willoughby Glass and found them to be prompt, professional, competitively priced, and above all did a very nice job on the windows (again). The woman at reception was so arrogance. we‘ve been there on Friday the week before last Week.I asked about the quote of making shower screen.the woman wrote down my name and phone number but she was impatient.Until now I didn’t receive any call about the quote.but anyway, there are so many glass factory on the market.I already ordered one from another very professional factory. The woman at reception need training.

These people took literally NINE VISITS to properly install our shower screen. by far the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I would've had better service hiring a random person at the bus stop. I'm not mistaken, I was a customer, it just wasn't under my name. Remember that, folks? Nine visits to install our freaking shower screen? I bet someone there remembers it! Lol.

The service from Willoughby Glass is fantastic! I emailed a picture of the broken glass window with the measurements and got a quote emailed back within 10 minutes that was very reasonable. Very helpful over the phone with my queries too. I am happy with the new window and would definitely recommend the workmanship as well as the professionalism of the team member who assisted me. Really happy with Willoughby Glass. I had contacted about 10 glaziers that service my area & Willoughby were the ones that responded promptly and helpfully, even though my job was only small. The lads that did the job were quick, on time, and very friendly and professional. Even though I emailed their office with a lot of questions they continued to help and advise each time I emailed. Other glaziers couldn't be bothered responding, or the job was too small, or they were plain rude. Everything was made very easy with Willoughby - wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others

I sent in a request for a quote via their website and followed up with a phone call after waiting over a week for a reply..still waiting for the quotation. I supplied a diagram and information regarding the specifications of the glass I required to be cut and I guess there was not enough money in it for them or just placed in the too hard basket. It was glass for an aquarium sump tank for my autistic disabled son I really needed advise and assistance..I got neither. NEVER RELY ON THIS COMPANY. I had the glass cut plus expert advise from another firm in 2 days.
