Kenchi holds a Diploma of Horticulture/Landscape, a builders license with QBCC and is a Master Landscaper with Landscape Queensland Industries Association Inc. Ken Saunders, the Owner and Director of Kenchi, has had over 20 years experience in the Landscaping and Horticulture field based on the Gold Coast.
During his career, he has completed his Diploma of Horticulture/Landscape and has received recognition from the Gold Coast City Council for his high standards of presentation in his area of expertise. We had such a great experience with Ken and his team when they transformed our pool and landscaping earlier this year! Being a hot January, and having kids on school holidays, it wasn't a great time to have the pool out of action but the team were so quick and had us back into our new resort-style living in just a few weeks! Thanks Ken, Matt and all the team - highly recommended!

Ken and his team recently completed a complete renovation of our pool and deck area and the result is fantastic. From the initial quoting stage through to completion Ken and the team were professional and punctual in all aspect of their work. The quote was the most detailed and clear of all the Landscapers I spoke to, and consequently he was able to keep the whole project exactly on budget. Ken provided some good advice and insight on certain design aspects which helped us to arrive at an end product that really gives us what we wanted. We recently built a new home and were looking for a Landscaper who could take our place from bare earth to a completely finished garden. I recently put in a pool and needed some landscaping done around the pool. Kenchi gave a detailed quote for the work required and suggested some ideas for the project. Due to the ground level changes after the dig for the pool we had to change our plans and do some extra work. Kenchi was flexible and came up with some great design ideas that after completion look fantastic. The workers were very prompt and completed the work to a high standard and with care and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with completed project and I am happy to refer Kenchi to friends.

Kenchi completed a large landscaping job for me which involved building two large retaining walls to create lawned terraces and replacing/fixing a mish-mash of paving and decking. They did a fabulous job and I'm thrilled with the results. Ken and all his team were wonderful to work with. They were courteous, consultative and efficient as they morphed a useless yard into an entertainers delight. I would highly recommend Kenchi for any type of landscaping work.
