I want to say a big thank-you to the team at Treerific Landscaping and Fencing! We recently engaged the team at Treerific to supply the landscaping to our brand new Display Village at Ormeau Ridge. The village consisted of 6 homes, and was a big job to take on. Having built many displays and having a reputation for having some of the best Display Home presentation in Queensland, it is extremely important that the finished product is 2nd to none.

They planted2 trees for me and 4 bushes the whole experience has been exhausting!!! They don’t want to guarantee anything as they try to blame it on the customer!!! Bought from them as the guarantee was indeed why I bought from them as I am unable to do the work!!! Tabatha is indeed not workable after she has the money!!! Tabatha will laugh at you and not tell you why!!! She will not let you talk to her boss or owner of the business!A customer means nothing to her she is indeed your enemy!!!! Trying to discount any thing that is said!!! I now have 4 dead bushes and a Magnolia tree bearly holding

Horrible customer service. Bought three trees all of which died, plus 4 other shrubs. Made the mistake of going back to them to buy three more trees ($3,300). Within three days one of the trees fell over due to the poor installation (was installed crooked to start), then they wanted to charge $60 to fix. So far in the past two years spend over $10,000 at this place only to be treated like some criminal all because I wanted then to fix my tree that fell over three days after installation.

Bought Four oaks last year and they told us that if they planted the tree's they would guarantee them for year. They planted them in the fall and one
willow oak is mostly dead this year, was watered all winter and now they say they won't replace it or look at it. They are totally lairs, you'd think after spending 4000.00 with them they would take care of it, but No its due to the cold winter and their word if worth nothing DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! NOW ON TO COURT AND BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU

We stopped in to look at trees after going to a couple other places where the help was worthless! Tabitha came out, we showed her a pic of where we wanted to plant & she was super knowledgeable about what trees would work in our spaces. We ended up buying 2 trees. She told us it would be 3-4 weeks before installation, which was fine. Greg called after just a few days & set us up with a person to check for buried lines. After that Greg called to say they could plant right away. So happy with their great customer service & product! Would definitely recommend!!!

Very unprofessional. Our weeping cherry tree died after only 2 months. We called several times and got the run around. Finally after talking with Tabitha, she informed us that we planted the tree entirely wrong and that we could only get a 50% credit that could to towards the exact same tree.
Prior to all of this we had them come out to give us a quote for landscape, sprinkler system, and fence on our newly built home.
